1. Right to Information
We inform you that the platform: https://bektor.ai (hereinafter, the "Platform") is owned by BEKTOR AI WORKFORCE, S.L. (hereinafter, "Bektor"), with CIF B26959254 and registered address at María de Molina 39, Floor 4, 28006, Madrid, Spain.
Access to and/or use of the Platform attributes to you the status of User (hereinafter, the "User"), and by such access and/or use, you accept these Terms and Conditions.

2. Use of the Platform
The User assumes responsibility for the use of the Platform. The Platform may provide access to a multitude of texts, graphics, drawings, designs, photographs, multimedia content, and information (hereinafter, "Content") belonging to Bektor or third parties to which the User may have access.
The User undertakes to make appropriate use of the Content and services offered through the Platform and, by way of example but not limitation, not to use them to:
Engage in unlawful, illegal, or bad-faith activities contrary to public order.
Cause damage to the physical and logical systems of Bektor's Platform, its suppliers, or third parties.
Introduce or disseminate computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems capable of causing the aforementioned damage.
Attempt to access, use, and/or manipulate data belonging to Bektor, third-party providers, or other Users.
Reproduce or copy, distribute, make publicly accessible through any form of public communication, transform, or modify the Content, unless authorised by Bektor.
Remove, conceal, or manipulate Content subject to intellectual or industrial property rights and other identifying data of such rights belonging to Bektor or third parties incorporated in the Content, as well as technical protection devices or any information mechanisms that may be inserted in the Content.
Bektor warns that the materials contained in this Platform have been included for informational purposes only, and are therefore insufficient for making decisions or taking positions in any specific case.
The User should bear in mind that the materials contained in this Platform may not reflect the most recent legislative or jurisprudential developments on the matters analysed. Furthermore, these materials may be modified, developed, or updated without prior notice.
Bektor shall have the right to investigate and report any of the aforementioned conduct in accordance with the law, as well as to cooperate with authorities in the investigation of such actions.
Bektor may temporarily and without prior notice suspend accessibility to the Platform for maintenance, repair, update, or improvement operations. However, whenever circumstances permit, Bektor will notify the User with sufficient advance notice of the expected date of service suspension. Bektor is not responsible for the use that Users may make of the Content included on the Platform.
3. Intellectual and Industrial Property
All intellectual property rights over the content and graphic design of this Platform (including, by way of example, images, sound, audio, video, software or texts; trademarks or logos, colour combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access and use, etc.) are the exclusive property of Bektor and/or third parties who have formally authorised their use by Bektor. Consequently, Bektor has the exclusive right to exploit such content and holds all necessary permissions for the use of third-party images and information.
Therefore, by virtue of the provisions of Royal Decree-Law 1/1996 of 12 April, approving the Consolidated Text of the Intellectual Property Law, and Law 17/2001 of 7 December on Trademarks, as well as any other supplementary legislation on intellectual and industrial property, the reproduction, transmission, adaptation, translation, distribution, or public communication, including making available or any other form of commercial exploitation and/or modification of all or part of the Platform's content, is prohibited without the prior and express authorisation of Bektor.
Bektor does not grant any licence or authorisation to use any of its intellectual or industrial property rights or any other property or right related to the Platform and/or its services or content.
The User undertakes to respect the Intellectual and Industrial Property rights owned by Bektor. The temporary reproduction and storage of Platform content is permitted insofar as it is strictly necessary for the use and viewing of the Platform from a personal computer, tablet, or phone.
The legitimacy of the intellectual or industrial property rights over content provided by Users is the exclusive responsibility of such Users, who shall be liable for any third-party claims arising from the unlawful use of Platform content.
4. Data Protection
Use of this Platform may require Users to provide personal data. Bektor processes such information in accordance with applicable legislation, as set out in its Privacy Policy.
5. Liability and Warranties
Bektor declares that it has adopted all necessary technical and organisational measures, within its capabilities and taking into account the current state of technology, to ensure the correct functioning of the Platform and to minimise the presence of viruses or other harmful elements that may affect Users' computer systems.
However, Bektor cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or the total absence of errors in accessing the Platform, nor does it accept liability for:
The lack of continuity and availability of Content and Services.
The presence of errors in such Content or the failure to correct any defects that may exist.
The accuracy, integrity, or timeliness of data provided by Users.
The interruption of Platform operation or computer failures, telephone breakdowns, disconnections, delays, or blockages caused by deficiencies or overloads in telephone lines, data centres, the Internet system, or other electronic systems occurring in the course of their operation.
The presence of viruses or other harmful components.
Any damage caused by third parties who breach or violate Bektor's security systems.
Bektor assumes no liability for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided on the Platform. The information provided is for informational purposes only and is subject to change without prior notice.

Bektor may remove, add, or change both the Content and the services it provides, as well as the way in which they appear, are located, or are presented. The conditions published at the time the User accesses Bektor's Platform shall be considered current.
Access to and/or use of the Platform shall be understood as acceptance by the User of these Terms and Conditions and its conditions and, where applicable, any changes made thereto.
7. Hyperlinks
Bektor assumes no responsibility for links to other applications or websites found on Bektor's Platform, which may direct the User to other applications or websites over which Bektor has no control.
In this regard, Bektor is not responsible for the information contained in these third-party links or for any effects that may arise from such information.
Therefore, the inclusion of links to other websites or applications does not imply approval of their content by Bektor, nor the existence of any association between Bektor and the owners of other websites or applications.
Consequently, the User accesses the Content and under the terms of use governing them at their own exclusive risk.
8. Severability and Interpretation
These Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement between each of the Users and Bektor.
If the competent authority declares a provision to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, such declaration with respect to one or more clauses shall be understood without prejudice to the validity of the remaining clauses.
The fact that Bektor does not require strict compliance with any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions does not constitute nor can it be interpreted in any way as a waiver on its part to require strict compliance in the future.
9. General Information
Bektor will pursue non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions, as well as any improper use of its platform, exercising all civil and criminal actions available to it under law.

Bektor may make relevant communications through the email address provided by Users in registration forms or through any other means provided in the User's contact details.
